Block shipped Buzz v0.4.22 on July 21: team chat, built-in Git, and automations in one open-source app where humans and AI agents are equal members. Clone it from GitHub, spin up your own Nostr relay, or use Block's free hosted beta.
Every agent carries a cryptographic passport
Each agent gets its own Nostr keypair, and a second signature ties it back to its human owner — a verifiable paper trail of which agent acted, and for whom. Admins can gate agents out of private channels.
Drop in Claude Code, Codex, or goose over ACP
Buzz speaks Zed's open Agent Client Protocol, so you plug existing coding agents straight into a workspace with no custom glue. Built-in Git turns every feature branch into a channel, putting code review and chat in one place.
It runs on Nostr, not a Block server
Because Buzz rides the decentralized Nostr protocol, you can own the whole stack — your relay, your data, no vendor lock-in. Heads up: it's early (v0.4.x), with mobile clients and workflow approval gates still unfinished.
