Claude for Small Business ships 43 workflows and 37 tool connectors
The Cowork plugin now runs approval-gated agents against Shopify, Stripe, Salesforce and Xero — the back-office grind solo founders were wiring by hand.

It lives inside Cowork, on plans you already pay for
The launch is a plugin in the Claude Cowork desktop app: 43 prebuilt workflows wired straight to your business tools, with no separate console or SKU. It's live on every paid Claude plan, and Team is the pick for multi-person shops.
27 new connectors, 37+ in total
The real unlock is reach. Shopify, Square and Stripe for commerce; Xero, Zoho Books and Expensify for finance; Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo and Clay for CRM; plus Zapier, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Claude can now read and act across your storefront, payments and books without you writing glue code.
The workflows target real back-office grind
Named flows include Speed to Lead (qualify and reply to inbound), Proposal Builder (voice memo to branded proposal), Monday Brief (weekly cash and sales), and Close Month (reconcile the books into a close packet). These are the recurring chores that quietly eat a founder's week.
Agents act — but ask first
By default every workflow pauses for owner approval before it sends an email, posts, or moves money. That gate is what makes handing Claude your Stripe account and inbox reasonable rather than reckless.
You can build your own on the same rails
You're not capped at the 43 shipped flows — custom workflows run against every connector. A weekend build: a new Shopify order drafts the fulfillment email, logs the sale to Xero, and flags anything over $500 for your review.
