The clause names OpenClaw — and OAuth — as the breach
Google's Antigravity terms now spell it out: “Using third party software, tools, or services to access the Service (e.g. using OpenClaw with Antigravity OAuth) is a breach,” and “such actions may be grounds for suspension or termination of your account.” Any CLI wrapper, agent framework, or token-router that touches your Antigravity OAuth is now fair game.
The blast radius is your Google account, not just the app
The terms say “your account,” with no carve-out for Gmail, Drive, or Photos — which is why Gergely Orosz posted “one reason to NOT use Antigravity. I'm not taking this risk.” Google's own developer forum is now stacked with 403-ToS suspension appeals, and users report bans reaching core Google services with no human review.
It started with paid subs routing tokens through OpenClaw
The ban wave hit $250/month AI Ultra subscribers who pointed the open-source OpenClaw agent at Antigravity — before the ToS explicitly named it. Google DeepMind conceded some “may have been unaware,” but says reinstatement capacity is limited and its zero-tolerance stance blocks most appeals.
What to do before your next agent run
Keep third-party agents and wrappers off Antigravity, the Gemini CLI, and the Cloud Code Private API — stick to the official surfaces, or a provider that permits bring-your-own tooling. And run experiments from a throwaway Google login, not the one holding your email.
