Google's new open-source EGM plugin (Apache-2.0) drops into Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Cowork and ChatGPT Work. Add the marketplace, run `claude plugin install egm@egm` (or `codex plugin add egm@egm`) and restart your session — you get seven spec-driven skills, from brainstorm and draft through review to a drift report, at no cost.
Why a 'goldfish' reviews best
The move: a context-stuffed 'elephant' agent drafts the design, then stateless 'goldfish' reviewers — no prior chat memory — read only that draft and a rubric across five review stages, flagging the unstated assumptions a full-context agent tends to rubber-stamp. It needs a harness that can spawn fresh subagents (it halts if yours can't), and a drift-report skill warns when your shipped code wanders from the approved spec.
