An office of AI clones on your laptop
Munder Difflin is a new MIT-licensed desktop app that turns multiple Claude Code sessions into a coordinated crew — each clone gets its own terminal, memory and mailbox, shown as an avatar on a shared office floor. A supervisor agent routes tasks and escalates only the calls that actually need a human.
It drives the subscriptions you already pay for
You bring your own keys: it wraps the coding CLIs you already run — Claude Code, Codex and others — instead of shipping its own model, and keeps code and keys on your machine by default. A shared "MemPalace" gives every clone recall across sessions.
Build this weekend: an overnight review crew
Because each clone is a real authenticated agent with git access, you can point a team at PR reviews, bug triage or docs and let them hand work between inboxes while you sleep. It's an early prototype (macOS-first, with playful Office theming), so treat it as a weekend toy that could graduate into a workflow.
