The tier bundles Grok 4.5 and Composer with more agent requests than Free, always-on cloud agents for long-running tasks, and Cursor for iOS. Plugins, MCP servers, hooks and skills all work.
The catch: capped effort, non-fast only
Grok 4.5 is pinned to fixed medium effort and non-fast mode; usage is called ‘generous’ but the exact limits aren’t published. Start sits between Free and Pro — jump to Pro when you need max model access or on-demand overage.

Cursor’s India base tripled to over 3 million developers in a year. The company says users asked for two things — local-market pricing and UPI — and Start delivers both, exclusively for India at launch.
