Claude API adds personal and service-account keys in Console
Scoped keys inherit your permissions and die when you leave the org; Files and Skills APIs shed beta headers, and the Admin API lands in every SDK.

Two new key types land in the Console
Personal keys and service-account keys now live in the Claude Console, each carrying the exact permissions of the account it's tied to. Scope one to a single workspace, track its usage on its own, and know it stops working the moment that account leaves your org.
Files and Skills APIs drop their beta headers
Stop sending files-api-2025-04-14 and skills-2025-10-02 — both are now plain API calls across the refreshed SDKs (Python 1.2.0, TypeScript 0.122.0, Go 1.68.0, and more). skills.delete() now wipes a Skill and all its versions in one call.
The Admin API is now in every SDK
Automate your org from code — members, invites, workspaces, API keys, rate limits, and service accounts — via client.beta.organization in the Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, PHP, and Ruby SDKs (and the ant CLI). It reads an Admin key from ANTHROPIC_API_KEY or an OAuth token.
