  • Turn it on under Personalization

Rolling out to paid ChatGPT Work seats on web (mobile in progress), the feature is opt-in: Settings → Personalization → Writing style, then connect Gmail, Slack, and Google Drive. ChatGPT pulls real examples from those apps to match your phrasing, sign-offs, and capitalization—so you stop pasting sample text into every draft prompt.

  • The access you're granting

The flip side of the voice match: to learn your style, ChatGPT reads your connected email and chat history. It's opt-in and per-app, and OpenAI frames it as referencing your own writing—but weigh what a drafting assistant now sees before you wire in a shared or sensitive work inbox.

  • Report: OpenAI's hosted agents surface before DevDay

Code spotted in ChatGPT reportedly points to Managed Agents—configurable environments, skills, and plugins that read as OpenAI's answer to Anthropic's agent platform. There's no developer access yet; the reveal is expected at DevDay on Sept 29. Worth tracking if you're choosing an agent-hosting stack this quarter.
