  • Edit the code, don't re-prompt it

Figma Make now puts a properties panel and annotations alongside AI-generated output, so you can adjust spacing, color, and layout on a component directly and mark up what to change next — instead of re-rolling the whole prompt. Previews stay staged, so trying variations doesn't burn AI credits.

  • Pop the agent chat off the canvas

On macOS and Windows, Figma's AI agent chat can now open in its own window and move anywhere on screen, so it stays visible while you design instead of covering the canvas. A small change that pays off on a single monitor.

  • Elsewhere: Vercel Speed Insights is free

Vercel moved Speed Insights performance analytics onto every plan, with the advanced views gated behind Speed Insights Plus. Real-user Core Web Vitals at no cost — worth wiring into a side project before you optimize blind.
