Claude Code weekly limits drop 17% Monday, dressed up as +25%
Today's 50% promo boost expires; Monday's permanent tier sits 25% over baseline but 17% under what you use now. Pro, Max, Team hit; the 5-hour window isn't.

The math: 150 to 125, and you feel the drop
The +25% is measured against the pre-May baseline. But since May 13 you have been on a temporary 50% boost, 150 on that scale. Monday's permanent tier lands at 125: 25 points below today, or about 17% less weekly Claude Code capacity. Both figures are Anthropic's own.
Who gets cut, and what is left alone
The reduction hits Pro, Max, Team, and seat-based Enterprise plans. Untouched: free plans, consumption-based Enterprise seats, the 5-hour rolling window, and every non-Code Claude surface. Anthropic still publishes no absolute token counts, so every number here is proportional.
What to do before Monday
Run `claude /usage` to read your live meter instead of trusting the framing. Front-load heavy agent runs and big refactors into today and tomorrow while you are still on the 150-level boost. From Monday, budget weekly-limit-heavy work around the lower ceiling.
Elsewhere: Cursor Projects opens to everyone
Cursor's Projects, a persistent workspace where a coordinator agent farms tasks out to many subagents and holds context for months, is now rolling out to all users. Cursor claims Projects-first users merge up to 6x more PRs. A new home for long-running, multi-agent builds.
