Zed opens Delta to public beta, moving code review off pull requests
Free and downloadable now on Mac, Linux, Windows or web; DeltaDB keeps it Git-compatible. Plus a trending 4B open agent model and Claude's new Docs and Slides.

Pull requests, out
Delta is a multiplayer workspace for coding with agents and reviewing what they build, and the public beta means you can download it for macOS, Linux, or Windows, run it in a browser, or follow threads from a phone. It's free during the beta, and Zed promises a permanent free tier.
Git stays underneath, via DeltaDB
Delta's storage layer, DeltaDB, extends Git's content-addressed versioning with fine-grained deltas between commits, logging every human and agent edit while staying Git-compatible. Adopting it doesn't wall you off from your existing repos and tooling.
Review moves into the agent thread
Instead of committing and pushing to open a PR, reviewers get pulled into real-time subthreads carrying the full context of the agent run that made the change, and can request revisions or fix the issue alongside the agent right there.
Elsewhere: a 4B agent model built to run on your own GPU
TokenRhythm's NeoHorse-1 is topping Hugging Face trending, an Apache-2.0 pair (4B and 9B) post-trained on Qwen3.5 for tool use and coding. The 4B posts a 64.87 macro average, +5.93 over its base, holds 262K context, and runs on one consumer GPU via Ollama, vLLM, or llama.cpp.
Elsewhere: Claude folds Cowork in, adds Docs and Slides
Anthropic merged its Cowork workspace back into the main Claude app, letting Claude decide per request whether to chat or run a longer agentic task, and launched Claude Docs and Slides with export to PowerPoint, PDF, and Google Workspace. Pro and Max get them first over the coming weeks; Claude Code stays separate.
